Is 3D/HD imaging safe?
Ultrasound had been used for over 30 years in Obstetrics. Studies and research had shown no adverse side effects for mothers and babies. Ultrasound uses sound waves, not radiation. There is no increased sound waves with 3D/HD imaging.
Will I always get beautiful and clear images?
Every baby’s imaging is different. Gestational age, baby’s position, amniotic fluid, physical condition of mother all play a role in obtaining quality images.
Can you tell me how big my baby is and if it’s healthy?
The only way to tell the size of your baby is with measurements, which is considered medical/diagnostic. The imaging sessions we offer are not medical procedures. We do not tell you the size of your baby or the condition of baby’s health. Our sessions do not replace prenatal care. Our sonographers are medically trained and registered. Should we see an issues that are concerning we will contact your doctor immediately.
How many people are allowed to attend a session?
We welcome family, children, and friends to enjoy your special ultrasound experience with us! We can comfortably seat 6 people, but you are welcome to bring as many as you want.
Do we accept walk in’s or just appointments?
We are by appointment only. We try our best to accommodate everyone as much as possible. We can be reached by phone, text, or e-mail.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do not have a refund policy. We do have a re-scan policy.
What is your rescan policy?
Unfortunately, some babies are shy and in a difficult position to image. For all packages that apply, we will offer a complimentary re-scan in the event we can not determine gender or are unable to see partial face of baby. There is never a guarantee for full face images for any session.
Can I eat or drink before or during my session?
Drinking the recommended 64oz of water daily throughout your pregnancy is important to help with the clarity of images. Drink water throughout the day, ever all at once. You do not need a full bladder. You may eat before you come. Just remember you will be laying down so do what will be comfortable for you. Some moms choose to bring a cold beverage with them to help a sleepy baby move.
What payment do you accept?
We take card or cash. Gift certificates are also available for purchase.
Do you offer discounts?
We do offer military and return client discounts. Must be the same pregnancy for a return client discount.
